how to order
Proficiency Test Orders | Quality Control Test Material Orders
To take part in a PROFICIENCY TEST, receive a z-score and a copy of the report:
- Use the "product search" (top of page) OR browse to a proficiency testing scheme (eg. FAPAS) and click the "programme" link.
- A product search will return results for both QC Materials and Proficiency Tests.
- You can search by Matrix(food type), Analyte or Proficiency Test name.
- Find the Proficiency Test you are looking for and click the "add to wishlist" icon.
- Your current wishlist of Proficiency Tests will be displayed.
- Delete items from your Proficiency Test wishlist by checking the box and clicking the delete button.
- You can return to your wishlist at any time by clicking the "proficiency tests" button at the top of the screen.
- Once your wishlist is complete, you can click the "print order form" link, fill in your contact details, and post or fax your order form.
- Alternatively, once your wishlist is complete, you can place your order by clicking the "place order" button.
- If you are already registered with us, you will then login to complete details of number of test materials required and sample and report contacts.
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email..
- If you are not a registered participant, we will ask you for a few details and will get in touch with you about your order. You will be issued with a username and password along with instructions for using our online results reporting system with your first sample delivery.
- You will receive your invoice in the post.
To purchase QUALITY CONTROL TEST MATERIALS:
- Use the "product search" (top of page) OR browse to the QC Materials section and use the search facility.
- A product search from the top of the screen will return results for both QC Materials and Proficiency Tests.
- A search from the QC Materials page will only display QC Materials.
- You can search by Matrix(food type), Analyte or QC Material Name.
- Find the Quality Control Test Material you are looking for and click the "add to basket" icon.
- Your current basket of Quality Control Materials will be displayed. The currency displayed will be the last currency you selected on your search.
- Delete or change quantities of items in your basket by adjusting the quantity drop-down list.
- You can return to your basket at any time by clicking the "QC Materials" button at the top of the screen.
- When you have finished shopping click the "go to checkout" button. You will be taken to our secure website.
- If you are already registered with us, you will be able to login and review your address details.
- If you are not a registered participant, you will enter your delivery address.
- Complete the checkout process by selecting carriage and confirming your order.
- Unless otherwise stated (eg. in the case of temperature sensitive items), carriage is included in the price of the order.
- A courier delivery service can be selected at an extra charge which will be calculated based upon country of delivery.
- Registered participants will have the option to place their order on account or pay by credit/debit card.
- If you are not registered with us, you will be able to pay via credit/debit card.
- Orders and credit card payments will be confirmed immediately by email.
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
