PhytoPAS - plant health diagnostics
PhytoPAS covers the detection and/or enumeration of bacterial, fungal, insect, nematode and viral plant pests and pathogens
Qualitative tests cover bacteria, viruses, nematodes, fungi and insect samples in a range of matrices such as cultures, plant material, DNA/RNA and slides.
For qualitative tests, participants receive up to 6 samples and have to detect the target pathogen from one or more of the samples.
